An Evaluation Built Around Your Goals
Your therapist reviews your relevant history and assesses the movements and tasks that are difficult for you. We discuss your priorities and what you hope to achieve through care.
Support for Your Recovery
Physical therapy for muscle and joint concerns, movement limitations, and recovery before or after orthopedic surgery.
At Greenbelt Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, we listen to your concerns, assess your movement, and develop a plan around the activities that matter to you.

More Than an Injury
Orthopedic concerns can affect the way you move, work, and enjoy your day. Whether you are managing a muscle or joint injury, ongoing pain, or recovery after surgery, we focus on the activities you want to do more comfortably and confidently.
We evaluate your movement, strength, and everyday function to develop a personal plan. Your care may combine hands-on treatment, guided exercise, and education, with adjustments as your abilities and needs change.
Your orthopedic rehabilitation should reflect your whole routine. Tell us about tasks at home, physical demands at work, and the recreation you enjoy. If you are preparing for or recovering from surgery, your surgeon’s instructions and restrictions help guide the timing and progression of care.
We begin with a discussion of your history and priorities, followed by an assessment of your movement, strength, and function. Your therapist explains the recommendations, answers your questions, and reviews your response as care progresses.
