Support for Your Recovery
Personalized rehabilitation to help you work toward better movement, strength, and confidence after a slip or fall.
At Greenbelt Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, we listen to your concerns, assess your movement, and develop a plan around the activities that matter to you.

More Than an Injury
A slip or fall can leave you feeling limited in your movement or less confident with daily activities. Getting up from a chair, using stairs, or walking through your day may take more effort. Our team starts by listening to your concerns and learning what recovery means to you.
Your evaluation considers your injury history, current movement, strength, and functional needs. We create an individualized plan that reflects your goals and any medical instructions or restrictions.
After a fall, everyday activities may feel different. Tell us how your injury affects walking, changing position, reaching, or moving through your home and workday. Understanding those specific difficulties helps us relate your treatment to the life you want to get back to.
We begin with a discussion of your history and priorities, followed by an assessment of your movement, strength, and function. Your therapist explains the recommendations, answers your questions, and reviews your response as care progresses.
