Understand Your Role
Tell us about your essential duties, usual tasks, and any restrictions from the provider managing your injury.
Workers’ Compensation Services
Rehabilitation focused on the movements and physical abilities relevant to your work, guided by your recovery and medical restrictions.
At Greenbelt Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, we listen to your concerns, assess your movement, and develop a plan around the activities that matter to you.

Work-Focused Support
A return-to-work goal starts with understanding what your job requires. A desk role, driving position, and physically demanding job can involve very different movements and activity demands.
We discuss your duties, current limitations, and the goals identified during your evaluation. Your therapist may incorporate strengthening, movement practice, and functional activities that relate to those demands. Progress is reviewed alongside your response and the medical guidance relevant to your case.
